* a note about the way I cook. I really love the freedom cooking offers (vs. baking). I don't always 'measure' out everything, rather I allow my intuition to help guide how much I add in. In other words. I eyeball that shit. But for specification reasons, most recipes have a rough measurement of how much to add of each ingredient. ;)
