watermelon fresca
natural electrolytes, vitamin c, antioxidants, and hydrating all blended together to make this DELISH drink!
I created this recipe after many days at the lake or in the pool and feeling like shit afterwards. It always felt like no matter how much water I drank, I just didn't stay hydrated or feel good after a few hours.

I decided I needed something to help refuel my electrolytes, but wanted it to taste yummy at the same time. So I tuned in, and was guided to this recipe.

And recipe confirmed! I whipped up my first batch for a day on the lake paddle boarding with my friend, Jenny and her friend Dave. These were seriously the perfect refreshing drink while out on the water in the hot sun! On the way home, Jenny and I both commented about how good we felt after being in the sun all day! No headaches, not exhausted- so, mission accomplished! Enjoy :)
