Pineapple Basil Smoothie 

My FAVORITE smoothie ever! This is a recipe I created over the summer and I fell in love. I get most of my frozen fruit from Sprouts or Trader Joes as I have found their prices are quite fair. Feel free to use fresh fruits as well. Enjoy ;)

Ingredients

> 1C water or coconut water

> 2 scoops protein powder of choice,  I use Sun Warrior 

> 2t chia seeds

> 1t flax seeds

> 1t hemp seeds

> 1t bee pollen

> 2t spirulina - this gives you 80% of the minerals and iron you need per day!

> 1/4C Frozen pineapple 

> 1/4C frozen mango

> 1/4C frozen avocado 

> juice of 1 lime or lemon

> fresh basil, about 6 large leaves

> dash of cinnamon

> honey as needed

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
